Ifrikia Rosé 2009
Alcool: 12,5 Vol% - dry
Grape type: Carignan
Tunisian history inspired us to produce its famous product - Rosé.
Our rosé combine the fruitfulness of a light white wine with the taste of red grapes. The primary difference between Punique Rosé and Ifrikia Rosé is a slight difference in the color indicating also a difference in alcohol and body. Punique rosé is lighter and onionskin in coloured and perfectly for immediate consumption.
Ifrikia is a little bit more full-bodied and coloured.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C
